2019 Rules Clinic

The Utah High School Football Officials Association started off the season with a great clinic that focused on penalty administration, film and mechanics, communication with coaches/players and recent rule changes. We also spent some time watching film and discussing the impact of the 40 second clock for the upcoming season.
