The Utah High School Football Officials Association started off the season with a great clinic that focused on penalty administration, film and mechanics, communication with coaches/players and recent rule changes. We also spent some time watching film and discussing the impact of the 40 second clock for the upcoming season. We want to thank all our presenters for taking the time to train us up on their varying topics. The resources from all the topics of the day are below.
